Terms & Conditions

Privacy Policy Cookie Policy Terms

This document is not yet in force. The controller’s identification details are missing: address, vat, email. Fill them in .env (LEGAL_* keys) before publishing.

These terms govern your use of this website and, where you attend one of our shows, your relationship with NTBLDO as the organiser of that event. Please read section 3 in particular: it explains who you are actually buying a ticket from.

1. Who runs this site

This site is operated by ENTABLADO, trading as NTBLDO, registered office [ADDRESS — to be completed], VAT number [VAT — to be completed], contact [EMAIL — to be completed].

Using this site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

2. What this site is

This site presents NTBLDO's productions, services and past work, and lets you contact us. No purchase is completed here. Event pages describe a show and, where tickets are on sale, link out to the authorised platform that sells them.

We keep event information accurate, but line-ups, times, venues and prices can change, and obvious errors do not bind us. The information on an event page is not an offer to contract within the meaning of Article 1336 of the Italian Civil Code; the terms that bind are those shown at the point of purchase.

3. Events and tickets

3.1 NTBLDO is the organiser, and your counterparty

For the events published on this site under our name, NTBLDO is the organiser. Ticketing platforms sell admission tickets in our name and on our behalf, as our agents. The practical consequence matters:

  • the admission contract is concluded between you and NTBLDO, not between you and the ticketing platform;
  • NTBLDO is responsible for the event itself: staging it, running it, and refunding you if it does not go ahead;
  • the platform is responsible for its own presale service, its account system and the payment process, under its own terms, which you accept separately at checkout.

Where an event on this site is organised by someone else and NTBLDO acts only as producer or partner, the event page says so and names the organiser. In that case sections 3 to 8 apply to that organiser, not to us.

3.2 Prices and fees

The ticket price is set by NTBLDO. The platform's presale and service fees are charged by the platform, are shown separately before you pay, and are its own consideration for its own service. Prices include VAT where applicable.

3.3 Your ticket

The ticket is your admission title. Keep it intact and readable; a damaged, duplicated or altered ticket may be refused. Each ticket admits one person once, unless it says otherwise. If the law requires named tickets for the event, the ticket carries the attendee's name and surname and you will be asked for an identity document at the door.

4. No right of withdrawal

Tickets for concerts and other live entertainment are excluded from the right of withdrawal by Article 59(1)(n) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), which removes that right for leisure services supplied on a specific date or period. Once your purchase is confirmed you cannot change your mind and return a ticket for a refund.

This exclusion is not a limitation we invented: it exists because a seat held for a specific night cannot realistically be resold once the night arrives. It does not affect your rights under section 5 when the event does not take place as announced.

5. If an event is cancelled, postponed or moved

  • Cancelled. You are entitled to a refund of the ticket's face value. We announce the refund procedure and the deadline for claiming it on this site and, where we have your address, by email. Presale and service fees charged by the platform are not part of the ticket price and may not be refundable; the platform's terms govern that.
  • Postponed. Your ticket normally remains valid for the new date. Where the new date does not suit you, the announcement will set out whether and how a refund can be claimed, and the deadline for doing so.
  • Moved to another venue, or materially changed. We tell you what changed and, where the change is substantial, how to claim a refund.
  • Line-up changes. A change to a support act, running order or set length is not a cancellation and does not give rise to a refund.

Refunds are made to the payment method used, through the platform that took the payment. Claim deadlines are set out in the announcement and are not extended by inattention.

6. Resale of tickets

Reselling tickets outside the authorised channels is unlawful in Italy. Article 1(545) of Law 232/2016 penalises the sale or any other placement of admission titles by anyone other than the holders of the authorised issuing systems, with administrative fines from €5,000 to €180,000 and the removal of the offending listings. The only exception is an occasional sale by a natural person, at a price at or below face value, with no commercial purpose.

Tickets bought from unauthorised resale sites may be void, and we may refuse admission to anyone holding one. We cannot refund a ticket we did not sell, at whatever price it was bought.

7. Access to events

  • Age. Age limits are stated on the event page and at the venue. Where a minimum age applies you may be asked for proof of age.
  • Security. Entry is subject to the venue's security checks. Prohibited items, professional recording equipment, and behaviour that endangers other people or the production are grounds for refusal or removal without refund.
  • Sound and light. Our shows are loud and use intense lighting, including strobe effects. If you are sensitive to either, take that into account before attending.
  • Accessibility. Accessibility information is on the event page. Contact us in advance and we will pass your requirements to the venue.
  • Late arrival. Admission after the show has started may be held until a suitable break, at the venue's discretion.

8. Filming and photography

Our events are photographed and filmed. By attending you accept that you may appear in audience footage used to document and promote the production. How we handle that, and how to object, is set out in section 2.4 of the Privacy Policy.

Personal photography for private use is generally permitted; professional equipment and any recording for commercial use require our prior written consent.

9. Contact form and date requests

The contact form and the date request panel are for genuine enquiries. Do not use them for unsolicited marketing, automated submissions, or content that is unlawful or abusive; submissions are rate-limited and we may block abuse.

A date request is a request, not a booking. A production date is held only once we confirm it to you in writing.

10. Intellectual property

The NTBLDO and ENTABLADO names and marks, the site's design, text, photography and video are ours or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may quote and link to this site normally. You may not reproduce our material commercially, or use our marks in a way that suggests an association that does not exist, without our written consent.

Artist names, artwork and partner logos belong to their respective owners and appear here in connection with the productions concerned.

11. Links to other sites

Links to ticketing platforms, venues, partners and social media lead to sites we do not run. We choose them with care but we are not responsible for their content or their practices. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you arrive.

12. Availability of the site

We keep this site available and current so far as we reasonably can, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting failures and events outside our control can take it offline, and we may change or withdraw content at any time.

13. Liability

We are liable for damage we cause by breaching our obligations to you, to the extent Italian law provides. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, we are not liable for the conduct of third parties, including ticketing platforms, venues and unauthorised resellers, nor for travel, accommodation or other costs you incur around an event that is cancelled or postponed.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live.

For consumers, the court with jurisdiction is exclusively the one for the place where the consumer resides or is domiciled, under Article 66-bis of the Italian Consumer Code. For anyone contracting in the course of a business, the courts of our registered office have jurisdiction.

Before going to court, please write to [EMAIL — to be completed]: most disputes are quicker to settle directly. You may also turn to an accredited ADR body under Part V, Title II-bis of the Consumer Code. Note that the European ODR platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025 following Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, so there is no longer an EU online dispute portal to link to; consumers resident in another EU country can contact the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net).

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day you use the site, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. For an event, the terms that apply are those in force when you bought your ticket.

16. Language

These terms are published in English and Italian. In the event of a discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.
